1. How long this program will last?

4. I saw in the main page the % Commission per Unit Share, what is this?
This is the percentage of the commission per Unit Share on last sales, normally this was sales yesterday, 1 Unit Share is equivalent to $1, so if the % Commission is let say 5% and let say you have 45 Unit Shares in your account, then your payout is 5% of $45 which is $2.25, your commission will be send directly to your e-gold account automatically.

5. How to become a Share Holder?
By purchasing at least one product you are automatically become a Share Holder with Unit Shares based on the Product you purchase.

6. Can I receive another Unit Share if I buy another products?
Yes, and you will receive more, your Unit Shares will be doubled on your succeeding purchases, plus you also receive the 15% sales commission.

7. How to increase my Unit Shares?
Once you become a Share Holder you are now allowed to refer other customers using your referral URL and receive the same Unit Shares with your Customer plus you will also receive a 15% sales commission.

8. Can I sell my Unit Shares back to PerfectReseller?
Yes, you can sell your active Unit Shares back to us, login to your Member Area and click the "Sell Your Unit Shares Back To Us" link, this selling transaction is fully automatic and instant payment (the selling value will depend on units demand and sales)

9. I already made my payment but still my batch number is not recognizable when loging in?
Probably you did not click the "Complete" Button in the e-gold payment page thus your payment was not noted, contact us immediately regarding to this issue so we can add your payment to our record manually.

10. What kind of products are available in PerfectReseller?
All products are downloadable so you can instantly get the product you purchased.

11. What is my referral URL?

12. Can I promote this in any email ad service?
We are very strict and do not allow email advertising because this may cause spam complaints, if we received a compaints with your email ad we will terminate you account without notice.

14. I referred a Customer and she really purchased a product, but I cannot see my referral Unit Share bonus?
I think your referred Customer did not click the "Continue button" thus the payment and referral bonuses was not noted to our database, contact us immediately regarding to this issue.

15. When can I receive my commission or profit sharing?
The system will pay all the Share Holders and all members with commission everyday directly to your e-gold account once the Unit Value is at least 1%.

16. My Unit Share has an expiration, what is this?
Your Unit Share has a 365 maturity date per Unit transactions, you can check the expiration date of each Unit transactions in your Member Area.

17. Can I still sell my Unit Shares even the expiration is tomorrow?
Yes, as long as your Unit Shares is active or not expired yet.

18. I have some questions on the product I bought, who should I contact?
All products has its own publisher's contact information, contact directly the publisher of the product if you have questions.
